When I first called Aaron I was in a panic mode because my external hard drive had crashed and I thought I lost all my files on the drive. Aaron was able to keep me calm and helped me right away. Within a couple of hours he had all my files backed up on cd’s. Thank goodness for Aaron, he saved the day and my insanity. I know if I ever need any IT help or just to ask a question I know who to call.
