Aaron

Founder and President

Before founding Northern Protocol Inc., Aaron has had his hands in computers since 1984.  His experience covers everything from programming to circuit design and his education background is computer electronics.  Aaron has spoken at many events and has written numerous articles for various publications.  Aaron likes travelling, music, animals, dining out, playing poker and video games.

Neville

Manager

Neville has had a lengthy career in repair and sales, in computers as well as other consumer products.  He has travelled around the world participating in sports events (and even still holds a couple of records).  He is an avid golfer and sports fan.

Chris

On-site operations

Chris brings with him extensive on site experience covering residential and small to medium businesses.  He feels as much at home with large server and network installations as he does with a client’s personal computer.  Chris has been doing on site person to person computer repair since 1994.  He loves mountain biking, photography and particle physics.

John

Technician and Mac Guru

John is our Mac and custom design and build guru.  He is equally at home with either PC, Mac or any tech gadget placed in front of him.  He is Microsoft certified and holds extensive knowledge on computer parts, statistics and benchmarks.  John likes bicycles, cars, music, video games and collecting movies.

Ryan

Technician and Mac Guru

Ryan brings with him years of computer repair skill on both PC and Mac.  He’s right at home with all Apple products as much as he is with any PC.  He has a two year computer studies diploma as well as a computer network systems security post graduate diploma and is A+ and Security+ certified.  Ryan is an avid golfer and football fan and likes to play guitar and listen to music.

Veronica

Administration and Reception

Having been in customer service most her life and an educational background in the hospitality industry, Veronica’s cheery voice and eagerness to help is welcomed by staff and clients alike.  Born in Laval, Quebec she is fully bilingual.  She enjoys travelling, dining out, reading, movies, yoga, meditation, volunteering and keeping Aaron on his toes.
