Frankly we’d rather not have to repair our computers, however the reality is that by their very nature things do happen.  Standard warranty is 30 days with the retailer, unless you pay extra for “extended warranties”.  Our standard laptop warranty is a minimum one year in house (excluding used of course), two years on our Asus laptops, and our custom desktop computer warranty is two years in house.  If anything goes wrong with the computer in that time, just bring it to us.  We’ll take care of the rest at no extra charge.  This assures convenience and quick solutions to get you back up and running.  (NB: Most of our products have two to three years manufacturer’s warranty as well!)

We are highly experienced geeks, both hobbyists and professionals.  Whatever problem you may have, we are right around the corner or a phone call away.  You won’t have to call India, we promise.  This assures you trouble free computing.

We hope nothing goes wrong with your computer but if something does, do you want to send it to Texas, California or Toronto?  When you buy your computer from us, you don’t have to.  For the first year we take care of everything at no extra charge.

We are “computer mechanics”.  We spend most of our time fixing computers and have become very familiar with failure trends among products.  We aren’t salesmen, we’re not on a commission and so we’re very fussy about the computer products we sell, only selling products that are known for their quality and reliability.  This ensures you long service without cutting corners in quality or service.  Our goal is to have the computer stay on your desk, not ours.

All of our custom machines come with our personally selected software bundle, including an office suite and antivirus software.  We also have Adobe and Productivity Suites available at substantial discounts.  We do not use trials, shareware or any other type of crippleware.  Everything put on your computer is fully functioning software that will never expire.  This gives you value-added functionality so you can start working right away, without spending more money to actually use the programs on your computer.
