I realized a long time ago that people access information and interact with websites and companies very differently from the next person. From early on I’ve set out to create as many ways as possible for our clients to interact with our company.
I’m pleased to announce that the next phase of this ongoing project has been released, the mySERVICE portal. The goal of this portal is to give a centralized place where our clients can go to get information and communicate with us in real time. Even the request online service form results are dispatched immediately and automatically to our on call technician(s) cell phones and email as well as our repair console at the office.
