We do a lot of computer repair in Barrie, in fact hundreds of computers every month. That gives us a lot of opportunities to meet people and help make their lives easier again. It also gives us a great opportunity to listen and learn from a wide variety of people in every walk of life. One thing I’ve learned is how important it is to give our clients numerous ways to connect with us and get information quickly and easily on their schedule. I learned that everyone communicates and accesses information differently, so what I’ve set out to do is give our clients many different ways to do this.

I’m pleased to announce the latest addition to our website, a onsite service request form. Not only does it give our clients another way to connect with us, it’s really cool in it’s function. It immediately sends a message to our on call staff as well as posts in our shop software that service requests are pending. It enables us to quickly and efficiently ensure that your request is taken care of.
