"My wife and I would like to send out a big thank you to Northern Protocol for all of their help.   I have had continuous problems with my computer being too slow and freezing on me and I called Northern Protocol and they gave me same day service and now my computer works like brand new.  My computer has all of my information and data that I need on a daily basis and without it, there would be much trouble.    Not too long ago, my wife’s office computer and her laptop both crashed and we were able to get Northern Protocol to go to her office which is 20 minutes outside of Barrie on the same day with all of the necessary equipment and fixed both of her computers.

I am writing to express my gratitude for your great service. When our computer failed and we were informed by another computer repair company that it was a hard drive problem. I was extremely upset and disappointed as we had a lot of irreplaceable pictures as well as a library of music purchased from itunes. We neglectfully did not back up our files.

We left our computer with another repair company in town where they told us they may be able to retrieve some of the files. They had our computer for over 2 months and after several requests from us they finally told us they couldn't get anything off of it.
