I was looking into getting wireless at my home for my business so that I may work anywhere in my home and be able to access the internet. At the same time, if my children needed the computer for projects, there would be no issue. I had no hesitation in hiring Aaron for this job.
What impressed me most was that on the Friday he was to come and install the unit it was not a great day for driving. However, in a snow storm, Aaron made it to the house. The secretary called to ensure that I knew he was running late to weather and roads. I thought this was absolutely awesome! How many companies take the time to ensure that if late, they call you? His commitment to his customers was quite evident. Not only did he make it but he brought the recommended product with him. He completed the set up and proceeded to share with me how it works and what I needed to know.
When he left, the connection when I took it back to the desk downstairs seemed to have been lost. When I phoned Aaron minutes after he left the house, he was patient and took the time to diagnose the problem. The problem being that a cord was not plugged in.
I am happy to know that whatever computer questions or issues I have, whether human error or not, Aaron is available to help and solve them.

Recently being in need of a computer technician, I called on Aaron Weston of Northern Protocol Inc., also known as NPi. It was between Christmas and New Years, so you know the dilemma I was experiencing. It was a pleasure dealing with Aaron.
Aaron was not only available to deal with my situation; he also arrived in the early evening to help me out. Once he solved the problem, he looked at my husband’s computer as well.
